My fitness journey started with the aim of losing baby weight after giving birth to my second child. Over the course of 11 years, I trained in different disciplines, but it was in the weight room where my passion was ignited.
Weightlifting taught me to value my body regardless of its appearance or size. Instead of focusing on external standards, my training is now centered around the positive impact it has on my overall physical and mental well-being. The sense of strength and empowerment that lifting weights brings has permeated every aspect of my life. It has become my driving force to share this feeling with others and help them discover their own inner and outer strength.
