Achieve your fitness goals with a workout partner, family member, or partner! The training duo will follow the same workout program, customized with individual adjustments as needed. Plus, each person can choose to add extra supplemental programmed sessions outside of gym hours, whether it's at home or a commercial gym, all conveniently delivered through a user-friendly app.
